Answer: The ENVE Black Brake Pad is compatible on SES Rim models featuring the new textured braking surface. These models include the SES 2.2 and 7.8, and the SES 3.4 and 4.5 featuring the textured braking surface. Use of the ENVE Black Brake Pad on SES 3.4, 4.5, 6.7, and 8.9 model rims and wheelsets with the standard braking surface will diminish braking performance and voids the warranty.
