The tubeless ready Speedero provides uncompromising acceleration and ease of riding with plenty of grip and cornering safety. It features a wide tread and the durable flexible Jubena protection layer on the sidewalls offering protection from stones. A Puncture proof ply under the tread minimizes the risk of punctures and contributes to the overall reliability of the tyre. The high TPI casing construction, together with the soft tread compound, smoothes out any surface and prevents the tyre from bouncing on uneven surfaces. The Speedero is also made to be long lasting and guarantees high mileage.

Speedero
"The fastest tire, features tightly packed, low profile knobs.
Recommended for riding in Singapore, slightly urban, tightly packed dirt. In essence, this tire will keep up with the roadies."
"TUFO - Never has a tyre company launched 3 models of gravel tires, ALL scoring 5/5 and highly recommended verdicts on independent tester, Bicycle Rolling Resistance. They have also been awarded back to back Editors choice on Bike Rumor in the gravel segment, on ALL models.
The TUFO's are extremely light, topping the weight chart.
For reference, a Pirelli - Cinturato Gravel S is 110grams, heavier.
PER TIRE. Of the same size. (40mm)
All TUFO Tires are proudly Made in the Czech Republic."

RATING: 5.0 / 5
TEST VERDICT: Highly Recommended
"Our tests show that the TUFO Gravel Speedero uses the exact same compound and casing as the Gravel Thundero. Both tires perform very strongly in our tests, but we find it a bit strange the Gravel Speedero has the same exact rolling resistance as the Gravel Thundero. The result is that we can't find a reason to pick the Speedero over the Thundero, as the Thundero tread pattern simply looks like it'll be better nearly everywhere.
The Gravel Speedero does perform even better in our wet grip test on a hard surface, which we attribute to the tread pattern that's more suitable for on-road conditions. The Thundero already performed very strongly here, so we don't see this as a reason to choose the Speedero over the Thundero.
Compared to tires from other brands, the Gravel Speedero still shows an impressive performance in our tests. When compared to the Gravel Thundero, our recommendation is quite simple. If your riding involves even the slightest bit of off-road conditions, simply pick the Thundero for its versatility. If you never go off-road, the Speedero will perform slightly better under those conditions."

"Having specialized in cyclocross tires and uniquely durable tubeless tubulars on & off-road for 25 years, TUFO have expanded their capabilities greatly since first adding clinchers, then tubeless clinchers, then more Europe-based contract manufacturing for other brands in recent years. I’ve ridden generations of tough CX & maybe too fragile road TUFOs in the past, so after looking at the specs I was hoping these new tires might hit the ‘just right‘ sweet spot in between.
At just SGD 85 a tire, Tufo’s Gravel tires definitely feels like a solid value. A 40mm wide tire isn’t going to offer the volume & comfort for heading deeply off-road or onto big loaded bikepacking adventures. If that’s what you are looking for, probably best to go find the biggest mountain bike tire that will fit in your gravel bike.
But if you are just looking for a well-made (in the EU) grippy all-rounder gravel tire that won’t break the bank, and 40mm sounds like a good fit, it’s hard to argue with either Tufo’s tubeless Gravel Thundero or Gravel Speedero tires."

EDITOR’S CHOICE (GRAVEL) – Gravel tires: TUFO Swampero & Speedero
TUFO’s gravel tires got even better this autumn with the introduction of a third tread pattern and additional sizes. On top of the original fast-rolling 40mm Thundero & Speedero comes an all-new proper knobby Swampero inspired by TUFO’s long-running Cubus cyclocross mud tire tread profile. They’re still reasonably light, surprisingly supple for a vulcanized nylon construction that seals tubeless almost without need for sealant, and still cheap at just SGD 85 a pop.
Now all three variants come in both 700c x 40mm & 36mm sizes, and both tan or black walls. Why make a smaller 36mm size when gravel is going bigger with 45mm tires on many adventure bikes? Cyclocross bikes. Tufo has deep roots in cross, and a 40mm tire won’t fit in many existing CX bikes. But a 36mm gravel tire will, bring more mixed-surface versatility to tons of old cyclocross bikes that might have been feeling a bit out of touch in recent years.

<Bike Radar> - BikeRadar.com
Czech tyre manufacturer Tufo had a legendary reputation in the past for tubular cyclocross tyres. It now has a whole range of tubeless gravel tyres that are claimed to enjoy the same low weight and fast rolling the ‘cross tyres were famed for.
TUFO’s fastest gravel option, the Speedero. These have a tightly packed low-profile (1.5mm-deep) tread.
Bicycle Rolling Resistance gave these tyres a full five out of five score and a 17.5-watt measure of rolling resistance – bettering the likes of Pirelli’s Cinturato Gravel, Specialized’s Roubaix Bliss, Continental’s Terra Speed TR 40 and Panaracer’s GravelKings.
