Question: Can I use the Black Enve Brake pad on my SES rims that do not feature the new Gen2, textured brake surface? Answer: The ENVE Black Brake Pad is compatible on SES Rim models featuring the new textured braking surface.  These models include the SES 2.2 and 7.8, and the SES 3.4 and 4.5 featuring the textured braking surface.  Use of the ENVE Black Brake Pad on SES 3.4, 4.5, 6.7, and 8.9 model rims and wheelsets with the standard braking surface will diminish braking performance and voids the warranty.    Purchase:  Grey Brake Pads Black Brake Pads Black Brake Pads...
