Ashima Disc Brake Pads are excellent in both wet and dry environments and have excellent life. 

(Vented brake pads are also available, weighs 1 gram more.)

These pads are OR: Organic <30% Metal. This drastically helps reduce noise when braking while maintaining excellent brake power and modulation.

Springs are included with each pair of brake pads.
