TUFO Bicycle Tyre Company is an independent company that has been on the market for more than 30 years. The company Designs, Tests and Manufactures their tyres entirely under one-roof.
This allows them full reign on everything, from R&D to daily quality control at their TUFO plant in Czech Republic.
Most of the tyre production is done by hand, down to the very intricate calibration for their "secret sauce - compound formula". The entire process is extremely detailed and labour intensive, but the energy expanded by their artisans, speaks brand heritage and artistry. The quality of TUFO tyres is the byproduct of their passion, experience and pride. - This is the soul and essence of TUFO.
